The first Grade-A commercial cooperation project by Sino Group and Empire Group, LANDMARK SOUTH, conveniently located beside MTR Wong Chuk Hang Station, has entered the final stage of construction. On 31/8/2022, a site inspection with Art District Council was conducted to inspect progress on the construction of HKADC’s new permanent office, as well as the status of the other art facilities in the new space. Meanwhile, as LANDMARK SOUTH nears its official opening later this year, the first batch of tenants has started to move in as scheduled. The show suite, located on the 21/F of the property, and the 9,200-square-foot Sky Garden are now open for interested tenants to discover from up close how the dedicated green space can inspire creativity and imagination, while also promoting productivity and a healthy work-life balance.
