The E in our logomark is derived from Dr Walter Kwok’s signature. The word Empire is completed by succeeding members of his family.
By joining the two components together, Empire’s logo symbolizes our commitment to bringing Dr Kwok’s vision forward into the future.
On 22 July, the EGH office hosted a special Welcome Coffee Get-together for the 2026 Kwok Scholars and Associates, including our incoming scholars from Oxford, PolyU, and Cornell.
The gathering offered a wonderful opportunity for the new cohort to meet, connect, and settle into the Kwok Scholars community. To cap off a memorable afternoon, guests enjoyed a guided tour of the EGH office and an exclusive viewing of Dr. Walter Kwok’s private collections—offering a warm and inspiring start to their journey ahead.
