We are honored to partner with an esteemed consortium comprising New World Development Company Limited, CSI Properties Limited and Lai Sun Development Company Limited.

Located in the prominent Southern district of Hong Kong, the fifth phase of the Wong Chuk Hang Station development is strategically positioned on top of the Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, just two stops away from Admiralty, and is part of a synergetic mixed-use development that will include a large shopping centre.  This prime site will yield a gross floor area of approximately 636,000 sq. ft., and will provide over 1,000 residential flats with sensational sweeping views of neighboring Ocean Park, Shouson Hill and Deep Water Bay.
